Healthworks will be leading a powerful and exhilarating Zumba session, featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. Moves start at 10:30am and will be your perfect warm-up for The Dance Mile that rolls out onto the city streets at 11:30am.

Meet your Zumba instructors…
Coming to us all the way from Madagascar, Sylver Rochelin bring with him some Island charm in the form of dance. He has danced with and choreographed for a number of Madagascar’s biggest music stars on stage and in music videos. He has a background in African traditional and popular dance, hip hop, Caribbean dances, and Latin dance, as well as 2 years of classical and contemporary training from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. Sylver has found his passion in Zumba Fitness and has since been hooked. He has been teaching Zumba for 5 years, and always looks forward to meeting his class participants and sharing with them a great Zumba experience.
Franko! will make you fall in love with Zumba again… and again… and again. With more than 15 years of experience as a dancer and performer Franko! knows how to make you enjoy the music and the movement that comes with it. Back in his native country Franko! was part of different dance groups, he also performed in important venues and events and even worked as a dance and entertainer at a big beach resort. Franko! has navigated through different genres like contemporary, pop, Latin and Folklore. After moving to Boston Franko! immerse himself into the fitness world and he discovered Zumba, now he wants you to fall in love with his class.
All the way from Costa Rica, Franko! comes to Healthworks to share his positive energy and make your day brighter and happier. Don’t worry about your dance skills, you don’t have to be an expert to take his class, Franko!’s Zumba is good for experienced and inexperienced dancers, all you have to do is let go, feel free and enjoy the ride!!!
